In addition to the strange wave-particle duality, the other unusual feature of quantum mechanics is its
statistical and random nature. Quantum phenomena are considered not to be about individual
particles and/or events but about a collection of those. What we observe is only a statistical average.
This view disturbed Einstein so much that he exclaimed "God does not play dice". Despite the weirdness,
quantum mechanics has been experimentally verified, again and again. It seems that, after all, God does play dice!
