Entangled
The strange world of Quantum Mechanics manifests in highly intriguing ways. In a particular description, two objects (particles, states) are linked together (entangled) in such a way that one cannot be described or studied without mentioning the other, even if the objects are separated and cannot communicate with each other. This interconnection (entanglement) has many interesting applications in quantum information theory, creation of quantum computers and philosophical interpretation of quantum mechanics.
