| Bubble Walk |
| That the world around us is made up of extremely small atoms is a wonderful fact. Even more marvellous is the fact that those tiny atoms themselves are not hard spheres but are mostly empty. If an atom is scaled up to an average sized room then the nucleus will occupy just the volume of a marble. The rest of the atom is empty like a bubble. Should we be worried that we walk on bubbles ? Not really. We ourselves are made up of same empty atoms ! |
